Term & Condition

1) To enter the event, the ticket holder must be over 18 years old. Please bring a valid I.D. card/Passport.

2) Drugs are strictly prohibited at the event.

3) Weapons of any form are strictly prohibited. Any physical assaults will be reported immediately.

4) Professional photography, audio or video recording during the event are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

5) The ticket holder agrees to submit to any check for prohibited items at the event.

6) Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not properly attired or deemed inappropriate.

7) All tickets sold are final and non-refundable even if you are unable to attend the event.

8) We will not be responsible for any missing tickets.

9) All tickets need to be pre-registered before pickup. During pre-registration, you can update the name since it needs to match the name on your ID when you pickup the wristbands. When you come to collect your wristbands, please present the QR code you received after pre-registering your tickets. The name on the QR code must match your ID’s name.

10) Pre-registration for tickets will be available two weeks before the event. More information will be made available at that time.

11) Tickets purchased will be available for pickup at Early Ticket Pickup or at the venue.

12) The organizer cannot be held responsible for fraud in cases where tickets are acquired from third parties outside our ticketing platform.

13) By entering the events, individuals agree to waive the provisions of the PDPA and grant consent for camera recording and publication.

14) Evenbrite sales tickets for foreign and no legal resident of Mexico in USD, Boletia sales tickets only for mexican or Mexico legal residents in MXN.
